music tasks vs document tasks in my documents

hi another question...when I open the my documents folder it opens but now fo rsome reason on the left side it shows only music tasks not document tasks...plus the items that you can sort by have changed...I like using the date modified to sort my files...I know you can go up inthe menus and choose what attributes that it shows...but it changes back once I close the window and reopen it...is there anyway to change it so the folder displays document tasks?

When you changed the View setting to Thumbnails for that folder, you may have held down the Shift key accidentally. Change the View setting to something different (Tiles, for example), then purposely hold down the Shift key while changing back to Thumbnails view.
