I can only use two RAM slots!?
I just got a new DFI LAN Party 875B rev. B motherboard and four sticks of Crucial 512mb PC3200 DDR RAM. I can arrange any two sticks in any two (of four) slots on the board and everything works fine. As soon as I add a third stick (one known to work) to any open slot, I get no video on boot. The slots are fine because I can use two sticks in any slot, and the RAM is fine because I can use any two sticks. It's just when I add a third stick that things get messy. Any advice?

Have a look at section 2 of the manual.
Have you set the BIOS settings correctly for your RAM configuration? |

The weird thing is that the manual explains Dual Channel, Virtual Channel and such, but the BIOS only let's you select DDR233, DDR333, DDR400, or Auto. The RAM is DDR400. Boot doesn't work on either Auto or DDR400.

Turns out I have the freakish Rev B00 board. I need to do a physical modification to get it to accept more than 2 sticks. Looks like DFI phone support will be hearing from me...
