Selecting a LCD Monitor

What features should one look for when selecting a LCD monitor on a tight budget? I am looking at a KDS 15-inch monitor with a pixel pitch of .297 for $278.

Thank you.

I just got a Cornea 18.1", and other than looking for blown pixels I looked for a good warranty. Viewing angle is important, but with a limited budget and a high-priced monitor......well, we can't be too choosy.
