Question ip hiding

hello..
can we hide ip address away of outWorld(internet users..etc)..?
by some tools,settings,programs?..
& if there any program really can do that,advise one plz..

I don't think there is any way to really hide your external IP address

if your comuters are behind a router, theres no way to know how many computers are attached to it. However no matter what you do, your isp has a record of everything that you do.

Well you do need to keep in mind that no matter what you do, if someone is determined enough, you can be hacked
