Weird problem!!
Hi Guys,
I have recently started to get a very weird problem with my computer and I can't work out what the problem is. i can be writing an email or something else and suddenly, my wireless mouse will stop working. The cursor just sticks and won't move until I reboot!! I've changed the batteries just in case, but that didn't help. On occasion, my keyboard sticks as well which is also a mystery. Only rebooting seems to resolve the problem. ![]() Does anyone have any suggestions please? Thanks |

Hello midnightvelvet,
Do you have access to and can try using a non-wireless mouse and keyboard, just to eliminate mouse/keyboard issues in general as the cause? |

Yes, I'll have a go at that and get back to you.
Thanks x |
