Task Manger running at 69%

I just finished setting up my new computer and noticed that task manager was running little high. Don't know if that is normal. I have 4gb of memory with a intel 2 core duo processor.

I figure I need to run a highjack this scan, but wasn't sure I need one that is for windows 7. So if anyone could provide a link that would be great. Thanks

Could you please clarify what you mean by "task manager is running at 69%"?

Sorry I was refering to the cpu in task manager was running at 69%. But it stopped, I think it may of had to do with windows update. There were a bunch of update that needed to be downloaded and then installed. It's fine now. Thanks
