Thumbs down unable to install bt modem
Hello Everyone. I have been trying to install my modem on my new laptop win 7. I finally got it to accept the disk then it told me that I was not the administrator I rechecked this and I am the administrator can someone help with this.

Hello Folks. I got the computer chap in and he has resolved my prob by changing the usb cable to a ethernet cable
