Math Trick!
Here is a math trick that will stump you. Personally I would like to know
who came up with this. He or she obviously has WAY too much time on their hands!!!! 1. Grab a calculator or use your PC. (Do not use decimals) 2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area code) 3. Multiply by 80 4. Add 1 5. Multiply by 250 6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number 7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again. 8. Subtract 250 9. Divide number by 2 Do you recognize the answer? |

This may be because us Brits only have a 6 digit number! |

So do we...
But it's a round about way of saying "the first three digits of your phone number and the last four digits are your phone number are... amazingly... your phone number!" |

Edit; The number I get is close but has an extra 2 in the middle, and hence is 7 digits. Last edited by uripyores; November 6th, 2005 at 05:17 AM. |
