Hi there, I have recently removed winrar but everytime I burn back-ups, it becomes a WinRar Archive... How do I prevent this from happening??

Thanks,

Bernard

What file extension are your backups?

Easiest way to correct it would be to right-click on one of your backup files and choose open with.
Then choose the program you want to open the file.

Did you uninstall WinRar correctly? It could be worth installing it again, unchecking any file associations within the program then uninstalling it.
