How can I get a windows 95 start up disk?

Go to this website and download one : Bootdisk.com
You will have to download it to your Desktop first and then run it and it create a Bootdisk which you can save to a floppy disk.
The Windows 98 Startup disk is a better option as it can be used other versions of Windows.

bootup disk
