Hi,

There are several infections. We'll begin with the "WareOut" one :

Please download FixWareout from here and save it to your Desktop. Doubleclick on Fixwareout.exe to extract the files and click Next and then Install. Make sure that "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin, follow the prompts.

You will be asked to reboot your computer, please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load but this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{841AEBE0-B881-46D6-82D0-2D4AD5D4D9C1}: NameServer = 85.255.115.235,85.255.112.171
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{EC1FE091-8C58-4671-97CB-F0756D1522FF}: NameServer = 85.255.115.235,85.255.112.171
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.235 85.255.112.171
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.235 85.255.112.171

Click Fix Checked. close HijackThis and click OK to proceed. At the end of the fix, you will need to restart your computer again.

Post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt, along with a new HijackThis log.

NB You must be online to run this utility.

If there is a problem with the connection : Please go to Start -> Control Panel, and choose Network Connections. Rightclick on your default connection (usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up) and leftclick on Properties. Doubleclick on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio button that says Obtain DNS servers automatically. Click OK twice, and restart your computer.

Ok. Good work, then now :

1- Download combofix.exe.

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. A window will open with a warning. Type "Y" (and Enter) to start the fix.
When the scan completes it will open a text window. Please copy and save that text.

A caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop.

2- Go to Start -> Run and type

cmd

and OK. Type the below commands and hit "Enter" after each line

sc stop MsaSvc
sc delete MsaSvc

Type Exit to close.

3- - Go here and download ATF cleaner.
Use it to remove all Temp Files, Cookies and Temp Internet Files, Java Cache and any others
that you would like to remove. If you also use Opera or Firefox, also click on the cleaning
options for each browser.

- Download the trial version of AVG Anti-Spyware from here and install it.

After installation, double-click the icon on your Desktop to launch AVG Anti-Spyware.

On the top of the main screen click Shield. Then click the word active to change it to inactive.

You will need to also update AVG Anti-Spyware to the latest definition files. On the top of the main screen click Update. Then click on Start Update. The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.

Now close AVG Anti-Spyware (don't scan just yet).

Reboot into Safe Mode. At startup tap F8 and select Safe Mode.

Make sure all windows are closed and run AVG Anti-Spyware. Click Scanner, then click on the Scan tab. Click Complete System Scan to begin scanning. When the scan is complete click Recommended Action and change it to Quarantine. Then click Apply all actions.

Once the scan has finished, click the Save report button, then click Save Report As. This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.

Then reboot back to Normal Mode. Run a new scan with HijackThis and post that and the AVG Anti-Spyware log plus the combofix text back here please.
