I have used a proxy program, but it doesn't seem to work too wel with my router or my config...

Welcome

You can use Multi Proxy, the problem you will have is finding upto date Anonymous Proxy Server lists.

With MultiProxy you need to import a list of Proxy Servers.

The MultiProxy website has a list of server available, but it is out of date.
So you would have to search (google) for anonymous proxy servers/lists.

If/When you find them you will then have to import them into MultiProxy.
Then run the check to see if they actually are working.

Programs such as Steganos Internet Anonym have built in lists and updates, but you will have to pay for it.
