System Configuration

I need major help with my computer. I accidentally disabled all under the systems section when i ran msconfig and restarted it trying to eliminate some background applications. Now 3/4 of the programs under the systems section are gone so even when i enable all back nothing works. Its like everything is uninstalled on my computer, nothing works, even the scheme for my computer is different and looks like windows 98. I cant do a system restore either because all of the restore points somehow got wiped too. Please help i really need a functioning pc rite now.

If you have a brand name PC on boot first screen you should see option on bottom of screen to hit an F key for system recovery,if it is a build you will need the system disk,on boot enter bios and set to boot from cd/dvd rom ,boot from cd to a repair or clean install

System Recovery will erase all your data, and installed programs!
Did you try System Restore?

Broni: He has tried System Restore.
Bones3091: You may have to do a repair Install. You will need your OS CD.
