Windowsxp Home Edition Help Files

OK, never done this before, but will give it a try.
I keep getting a message on my computer, cannot find path
to RoBoEx32.dll - Help File corrupt, Error 1024 contact
Microsoft.
Have done so & Microsoft says its a Manufacturer problem.
My Manufacturer is Dell, computer purchased in April.
Cannot find answers any place.
