Question Network Drives and Network Issues

Hello All,
I hope you guys and gals can help me with this problem. I am running windows 2003 server as a domain controller. The problem is when the clients try to log onto the network drive after a period of time it gives this error "the system detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you." Now the clients are able to access the mapped drives when they log on at first its when the computer sits there for a while or the user dont use the drive for a period. And the only way to reslove this is to restart the pc. If there is any help they anyone can give me i would greatly appreciate it.

Is your domain controller setup as the clients primary DNS server ? My understanding is that it should be.
