No Burner is Currently available or you dont have the rights to access the burner

I have cyberlink power 2go and now when I start it I keep getting the message

No Burner is Currently available or you dont have the rights to access the burner

I tried installing another cd/dvd burning software and I was getting message 'no burning software support' or something like that

Operating system is XP .

Already gone into the regedit to clear the upper and lower filters but both were missing.

Any ideas?

  1. Uninstall all buring software
  2. reboot
  3. run this registry file to fix problem DVD. Say Yes/OK to any popups to that registry file.
  4. reboot
  5. install burning software
