Tri-mode jacks?

Hi,

Im renting an apt with the following in its description:

-Homes wired with multiple tri-mode jacks + fiber optics for phone, TV, and hi-speed Net access

What is a "tri-mode jack"?

I can't swear that I'm correct, but I believe they are talking about jacks that support 10baseT, 100baseT, and 1000baseT.
