Exclamation Space Issues

I was using Clean Sweep Wipe and Clean and it deletes all the unused space so that people cant come back and look at your stuff and it was the last day of the trial so we did the really big one. At the end of the wipe it normally says "Disc space low" and then it deletes it and puts it back to normal. I was playing NFS Underground while it was wiping and it was almost finished and the computer restarted by itself for some reason as it normally does during games. Now my theory is that when it restarted that it had jsut finished the wipe and there is now no disc space because now my c: drive says there is only 4 out of an 80 gig hard drive left and i know for a fact that ive only used 20 gigs. So i need to find out were all the space is and how to find it and get rid of it.

Can someone Help?
