If you are using Firefox install Mozilla flash plug-in or update your abobe flash to ver 10 or better. If you have a 64 bit machine it can be a bit of a trial...

Why don't you just throw out 64bit until everything has been updated to run on it?

Guys,
I am successfully running flash on my 64 bit system. There is no need to drop back to a 32 bit install unless that is what is wanted.
I remember that I downloaded the adobe flash plug-in installer from the Ubuntu software centre then installed the player...

Fair enough.
It's just that I found some software that I wanted to use, was nbg in 64 bit. So I did go back.

Take a look at: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Re...20%28x86_64%29

I have been using Flash on 64-bit Ubuntu and 64-bit Debian for some time now.

I can only repeat what Kage has to say. I am also on a 64 bit system and using flash quite successfully after a few initial dramas. Keep going you will get there without having to change back to 32bit..
