index or shell problems

I need help! When i try to open some of my folders an error message pops up. This is what the it says when I click the details button:

then when i click the close button it says that there is an error in the internet explorer, but the Iexplorer works fine. I even downloaded the latest version of it. If anyone can help I will be very thankful.
