Sharing one cable modem with a PC
I have a Mac G4 with Mac OS 10.1 connected to a cable modem. I also have a PC laptop with Windows XP Home edition. Is it possible to connect them both to the same modem?
The Mac is connected to the modem via ethernet cable. There is also a USB post that I tried connecting the laptop to, but it didn't work. The right software is installed on the laptop, but it seems to want to connect via ethernet only. Is there a hub or anything like that to connect 2 ethernet cable to the one port on the modem? |
