System If Running In Fail-safe State

I recently moved my computer, and I believe that the jostling it took may have damaged it. When I now start it up the message I get is "IDE Channel 2 Master: None; IDE Channel 2 Slave: None; System is Running in Fail-Safe State; Please re-check - BIOS CMOS SETUP." I have to press F1 in order to boot up my computer. What can I do to solve this problem?

open up your pc (make sure the power cable is not attached) check the IDE cables (like pastic ribbons) are attached to both the drives and motherboard. Check the battery in the BIOS (looks like a battery from a watch
