Possible AIDS Cure Found

Although still in the testing stage, this looks very promising.

"Researchers, including a BYU scientist, believe they have found a new compound that could finally kill the HIV/AIDS virus, not just slow it down as current treatments do."

That's wonderful news. Now, if they could only find a cure for cancer. Cancer is the epidemic nobody wants to talk about. There's more cancer now than there's ever been and the "cure" rates are the same as they were in the 1950's. Sad.

All are going about it the wrong way. A combined effort from all the research teams should put work on curing the common cold. When that is accomplised, everything else will fall into place.
No, I'm not just joking on such a serious matter. My youngest son died from cancer and I'm vested in finding cures for all diseases.
