Missing File "MSIMG32.dll"

Hi,

I downloaded the ACE utility to clean my file which is full as suggested by Renegade, but at install I get an error message of this sort:

... dll may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version File "MSIMG32.dll", error 126

Where can I get that file? What does it mean? Since I've been unable to reach the ACE folks, I thought I could move forward with your help.

Thanks again, as always.
