Identity theft...PC related??? Skipped over original request...

UPDATE: Tom has replied. Thank you!! Following his instructions is a breeze!

User error.
In my enthusiasm to be as help ful as possible I added a Silent Runner Log to my original request for help. This set my original unanswered request back in the queue.

Could someone please take a peek... I think that I have a serious issue now as my credit card companies are phoning asking me if I changed my account information and addresses. 3 so far have sent rushed "replacement" cards to an unknown address! I don't think I am alone on my pc...

I Would Just Like To Comment that this is a sharcomputer and what my brother/sister does on the computer is their buisness if they want to download stuff like that its nothing to do with me. and also the cracks werent the cause of the infection, it was a malaciuos virus going around on MSN Messenger when a infected contact sends you a message

"Is This You In The Picture [Link Here]" and I clicked on the link, it downloaded something and infected the computer.

I think you have missed the point here heat3_dwade. I dont care what caused the problem or who downloaded it. Your computer has pirated software running on it and this site doesnt help pirates. To make my position clear, I also dont care if your brother, sister, mother or father is responsible for downloading the pirated software. End of discussion. If you post again about this issue, I will ban you.

Hello. I have not received a reply. My infection does not appear to be that bad, so take your time.
