Restoring to last good date
Please advise how to restore windows 10 to an earlier date.?
Because when I click on restore from backup it says no backup file found but I am sure that after updating to windows 10 i did create a restore point. |

are you restoring from a backup or restore point? There is a difference.
In other words are you following the following steps? Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel. Search Control Panel for Recovery. Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next. Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish. one thing to consider, with the other problems you posted about recently, you could have deleted your restore points while trying to fix them. |
