You mean in Internet Explorer?

Download IEFix using the 'toolbox' link in my signature. Since links aren't working for you, right-click and choose "Copy Shortcut" and paste it into your Address Bar in IE, do the same for the IEFix link.

Run the program, report back the results, please.

If it only happens in OE, then the problem is probably there. Have you tried a reinstall of the software?

Outlook Express, you probably have it on a disk somewhere that came with your PC, no?

Try uninstalling it from Add/Remove Programs and using the disk to reinstall it.

I am not familiar at all with Outlook Express so that is my only suggestion short of going through all of the settings and looking for something that may not be configured correctly.
