Can't install any programs on XP
Hi - I hope somebody can guide me here as I am going nut about this problems.

I don'rt know if this has anything to do with my recent install of the SP2.

But every program I try to install (been tyin both Garmin MapSource + the new pc-game Rome) is not beenig installed. All anti-virus programs is turned off.

The installation wizard runs fine but at 100% it maybe hangs for a short time while saying 'Finalishing installation' or something like that. Then a screen shows upsaying 'Installation complet' but underneed it says:

The installation was interupted before it could be finalised. The installation was therefore removed. Please run the installation wizard again/or at another time'???

I tried this 5-6 times - it does not help. What is wrong?

Try System Restore.
If that does not fix the problem then uninstall SP2, you can always re-install it again if you have the SP2 CD-Rom.
