c:\ drive icon changed

Hi all,
Me again another prob! I have justed installed an old Net Quam Dual 350 plus on me pc (it's one of the old web/still cams) using the software provided from the D-Link website and after restarting as required me c:\ drive icon has changed to a file icon and I cannot get into it, all I get is the message that it is looking for a file!. I have tried repairing using the repair icon utility in tweak ui, to no avail. Can anyone help Pleeeeeez.
As usual thanks in advance, grovel, I know i'm thick etc..... Pete

Hi pappyduff,

Using Windows Explorer, check under C:\ and look for a file called Autorun.inf
If the Autorun.inf file is there, delete it.
