Unhappy Multiple Appcrash errors. Any ideas? (Moved from W7)

Hi guys,

I've been having issues running games recently. I keep getting appcrash errors like the one below. This error appears every five or ten minutes if I'm playing The Witcher, Trine, LOTRO, Champions Online, or Overlord II.

It only started happening recently, and may have something to do with my new GPU (listed below). I've started monitoring the GPU temperature, and it never exceeds 60 degrees Celcius, so it isn't overheating, but perhaps there's something else going on?

I've tried several approaches to try and stop this, such as running the "sfc /scannow" command, updating all drivers, etc., but to no effect.

Any suggestions?

An example of the error:
