CSS movie issues..
I play counter strike source. I got this really nice clip of me shooting down the whole other team in an esea pug. This is how i did it so far:
playdemo "whatever the name was" demoui (fast forwarded to the part where i wanted to record) got the anX movie cfg, removed hud, crosshair, and everything but the video and gun. host_framerate 90 startmovie scrim endmovie then I have a bunch of .tga's in my cstrike folder. I put the first one in Virtual Dub, and the whole sequence popped up. So i just made the framerate 60, made the color depth 24 bit RGB, and didn't compress it. Then I save as AVI. If i open up the AVI with Windows Media Player, it's the raw (obviously), clip, and it's perfect. Just a little slower then normal, but other then that no frame skips or anything. Runs smooth. When I edit, render as .wmv with the youtube HD template, the video is choppy, 15 or more frames are being skipped. Even when i don't edit it, and just rended as .wmv, it doesn't work. What am i doing wrong? Thanks. |
