need help i really dont know where to find those at all>< but everytime i double click my Ragnarok it shuts me out and say cannot init d3d or grf file has a problem. can anyone help?

my setup screen used to be like that but not anymore>< the first direct hall and the 640 x 140 x 60 doesnt show at all, its just all white and everytime i click on it, its empty. i used windows xp and this has never happened before. i tried downloading the game many times but the same thing happens. thank you so much for replying><

OK, it seems you might have some graphics driver problems.

Start>Run>
type in dxdiag and click OK
Check the "display" tab and post back what you can see under Device and Drivers.

smurfy can you please help me? i have problem running ragnarokonline. It says "cannot init d3d or grf file has problem." I've try to download NIVIA sofware and i have install it, but still it doesn't work. My computer is window xp professional. And this problem never happen to me before.

mjgodlike Welcome as well. Sorry to have missed your post.
That looks like on-board S3 graphics with only 2MB memory which is well under the minimum requirements for the game.
What sort of computer do you have - a desktop or a laptop? You may be able to add an expansion card in a desktop but if this is a laptop you will be unable to play this game.
