Windows Vista Blue Screen

Hi Everyone

I just joined and hope someone is able to help.

My friend has a new PC with Vista on it, however, she keeps getting the blue screen. Is anyone able to read a .dmp file to tell me the error?

thanks

I might be able to help. I need to see both the .dmp file and xml file created. Zip them up and send them to me please. My email address is anniefriday@xtra.co.nz. Please title your email "Requested Files" and include a link to this thread. I'll post back when I have had a look at them. No promises but I'll give it a shot.
