Simple (?!) MSDE Question
Hi, I am trying to install MSDE to support a database driven application (as you may have guessed!) V8.00.761, on to XP SP2
During the install, actually as the "Gathering information required" bar is 2/3 accross, I get error "Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup error logs for more information" Like I said, simple question; where do I find these. Nothing seems to be relevant in Event Viewer, and I there no read me or support files. Also nothing has actually been installed. Any help or pointers gratefully received Phil
