Zip File Problem

I recently downloaded a rather large zip file which I cannot open. A box comes up that says 'Volume ID: 0'. I use Ultimate Zip.

It is a rar file, so do I need to download winrar to open it, or does it have some kind of protection. I don't see why someone would encrypt it when they are sharing it through file servers...

Any help appreciated.

You will need WinRAR or a utility that supports RAR files.

If that doesn't work then it's probably a corrupt file.

I believe it is a reference to the part of the archive.
If it is a Split archive then you need to enter the path of the next part of the archive.
