Hi PAULEY,

Local Settings is a hidden folder.....when you open My Computer or Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options>View tab. Under the "Hidden files and folders" section, click in the radio button beside "Show hidden files and folders". Click on Apply then OK.
