Registry cleaners

What is a good registry cleaner? Also, should I get a free registry check on-line and if so through which one?

hi sharp, why do you want a registry cleaner ? are you having problems releted to the registry ? if not, it is a good idea to avoid so called "cleaners" as they often remove
registry entries that should not be deleted thus causing problems for you.

One of my problems is I cannot un-install my turbo tax. It would let me.
Does this mean I have a problem with my registry?

Try freebie Revo Uninstaller.

As for registry cleaners, I have been using them for years. I use (all freebies):
CCleaner
FCleaner
Glary Utilities

And some other cleaners:
MSConfig CLeanup
JavaRa
PureRa
