Star Wars Republic Commando Issues

I'd like to know why my characters' textures are terrifying.

Here's what In-gameplay should look like:

Video settings are on HIGHEST for everything. Yet it looks like the textures are forced at lower settings.

Running on an Nvidia PNY GeForce 8400 GS, downgraded from a DirectX 10 on XP hack and am now on DirectX 9.0c, hoped that would've solved the issue but it didn't at all. Really confused.

Well, to answer my own question, the problem lay with my old GeForce 8400 GS. Bad card and bad textures. Upgrading to a GTX 250 solved this issue though that clone isn't as luminous, still. But it's not nearly as terrifying as before.
