Been getting phone calls that start will a little jingle, so I though it was spam/competition line stuff so I hang up.

I've been getting these for a couple of months now and today is the first time I actually listened to the message.

It's actually a SMS/Text mesaage converted into voice mail and sent to the home phone.

This means that for the last few months people have been texting me and i've just been ignoring them

btw, the message was "what time in pub"

The texts, which can be issued from any mobile or landline phone with BT's Caller Display service, cost the same as any normal text. Recipients will get the message as voice mail from their landline phone unless it is registered text-enabled.

I've had a few text to home phone messages - thought it was Stephen Hawking calling me the first two or three times.

Hmmm...if you follow the link to Dailyvan, you'll see a link back to Grays Truck and Van. Then if you look at the contact information, you'll see that both Dailyvan and Grays have the same phone number and even the same address.

It's starting to look like two divisions of the same company to me.

On the other hand, I've found lots of British things confusing.

Yep, too many windows open.

See what happens to a brain that was once in good working order after it's forced to spend time moderating and trying to keep track of some of you guys?
