Hard Drive Failure?

OKay, i have been having problems with my computer from the beginning, first some network trouble, then for a couple days it was just randomly restarting, so i re- installed windows, and shortly after, one of the times i booted it up i get that crazy blue screen that we all know means trouble and it says :

Windows was shut down to prevent damage to your computer, blah

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

if this is the first time youve seen this, restart, blah blah, boot in safe mode, blah, okay anyways
then at the bottom it says
***Technical information (0x00000000, 0x00000000 (just a bunch like this with random letters/nubers))

and now i cant get it to boot...
this computer is making my head hurt
