404 Not Found Google Error Message

I keep getting redirected to the following page while looking at almost any website http://www.google.com/hws/dell-usuk/...l/dnserror.htm. It is difficult to take online college classes with this problem. I am using Internet Explorer 7 and have a Dell Inspiron 1520. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
