Invalid BOOT.INI file

Hi, I'm trying to reinstall my system with recovery disks. Using BIOS, I put my boot settings to my DVD drive so it will boot from the disk. When it boots to the CD it says:
Invalid BOOT.INI file
Booting from C:\windows\

and then it restarts but I'm not able to do the recovery/install.\

What should I do?
