Long term power from UPS?

Is there a UPS out there that will keep a computer running for an hour or so? I'm putting a desktop into a facility that has miserable power problems, and I was hoping that I could plug it into a UPS and rely on that. It will only be used for PC lessons, about an hour a day. The juice coming out of the wall is weak and inconsistent.
