info

I can make pdf file, but, it only shows the text not the pictures on the page. I want the pictures, also.

I have wanted to capture whole page that scrolls and post it on the internet. I don't want to use url and print screen key only captures what's on the screen, it won't scroll.
I'm not computer literate so I know I'm in over my head. I hope there is a simple way, hopefully for free. thanks

The web site where I want to post it, doesn't allow pdf, only jpeg or whatever. If I sound confused, I am.
I'm going to try to highlite the whole page, then copy and paste. I tried that before only got the text not the picture. I'll keep trying. I know I'm fumbling all over the place, that seems to be what I do best. Thank you.

Yes, I tried jpeg, but the page is bigger than my computer screen. I wanted to get whole page on one file. I don't know how? thanks

I can hit print screen key and get multiple pictures and number them 1234 and so on, but, the site where I want to post it, only allows one picture, sometimes, the other pictures won't post, for some reason? I don't even know if it is possible to get all on one file? thanks

I can't figure out what you're trying to do. I think that you may be wanting to create a one page document with a picture, and text below or above it, but I'm not sure. If that is what you're trying to do please let us know what software you have been using to try to do this.

I try to answer automotive questions on the internet. I have an automotive database that I use. So if somebody asked how to remove this or that, I look it up in my database. Then post the info. The info in my database, you have to scroll down the page to read it all, I can hit print screen key and save several, but, that doesn't work very well, for me. I can highlight the whole page then copy and paste, sometimes that works ok, sometimes it doesn't. If there is a better way, I don't know? When you talk about software, you lost me, I just use what is on the computer. I hope I'm not frustrating everybody, I can be fairly dense. lol thanks

so you are trying to copy a page from your own site when you say it is your database? you can always try a different browser to see if it helps to save the page with pictures.

I understand as when you use snipping tool you cannot scroll, capture screen on captures what you see.

CHROME can do it:

Good find Murf, it sounds like that should do the trick.

Is it possible to scale the image down??

Like on Windows 98se I have an option in PRINT to scale UNDER OR OVER 100% before printing...

Notice this image is 75% ....... if I make it 100,it goes over the border... (too big)

Good luck!!
