Windows 10 isn't allowing me to install anything at all

Windows 10 isn't allowing me to install anything at all. Every time I run an installation file I go through the normal process clicking on the onscreen prompts and after I hit install it almost immediately goes to a screen saying something about an error and that it couldn't be installed. I've tried this with multiple programs and get the same result. Ideas on what it could be?

Murf I already tried that it didn't accomplish anything. Renegade6000 this is an example of what comes up when you try to install anything "the wizard was interrupted before adobe acrobat could be completely installed"
