Windows 7 shuts down nightly

I recently purchased this computer and it has been shutting down completely every night. I have to physically turn it on and it performs a complete new startup each time. I have been through all the power settings and everything is set for never shutdown as far as I can see. I thought it was a setting in my Avast as it shuts down at 2:22am and my Avast starts its complete scan at 2:00 but I changed that setting too. I am pasting my event log that is the Kernel Power initiated shut down.
