.Net Framework 4 Client Profile will not update
Hi everyone, I've been having this problem with my laptop for a few days now. All of my updates, but this one are working. I do not know if this is related or not, but ever since the update problem started several of my programs have stopped working. The error code for the programs not starting has been the same: "0xc000007b". It has also affected my iTunes except with it saying "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 Windows Error 193". Does anyone know anything I can do to fix this? Also, I should mention that my laptop will not let me download anything. I have no idea what to do

If this helps, my laptop is an HP Pavilion dv3

You want to disable all security software running, then try again.
