I see there listed on aussie site to come soon, seen a few prices but these look like the cheapest

Yep even though the "Official Release" isn't till next week, you will see OEM pop up on well known reseller sites.

"ima go through MSDN" curious you have a subscription? As that is the only way to get thru them.
