Windows 98 Problem solving for the Windows 98 Operating System

Display adapter
I have a computer that runs on win 98. it is a presario 5441. when i start it up it takes unusually long and when it finally does it stops at a screen. the screen says that if you can read it then windows has succesfully initialized this display adapter. it goes on and says that if you want this adapter as part of your windows then you have to go set it up. i can't get past this screen for some reason. no matter what i do, nothing works. if you can help then please do. i appreciate it.
