Where are my registration numbers
I have Windows7 and Office 2010, the other day while tidying up !! I threw away the Office box by mistake.
This is a legally bought version but now I don't have the install number and I'm assuming that Microsoft store the number somewhere on your computer so they can check it's legal etc. Can anyone tell me where they store these numbers for Office, Windows etc. then I can write them down for safe keeping. |

You might want to try SIW, it's a free download. After you run it just look in the left hand column where it says Licenses, click on that, and it will show the software that you have product ID numbers for. Write them down, and store in a safe place or with the program CDs.

Thanks that works Ok, it's just a pity I can't print a report from the program.
Although it's "Free" it's also restricted. Any other suggestions people ???? |

What did you want to print? I just printed stuff from the program, and had no problem doing so. There's also an icon of a floppy drive that you can save a report to.
